Southsea is perfect for outdoor personal training, the beach, common & promenade are ideal to get out and keep fit & have fun whilst doing it.
Outdoor sessions really provide a change for my lovely clients that prefer to mix up their sessions to keep them on their toes from our indoor sessions where more equipment tends to need to be required.
We create a session style that incorporates cardio, weights, conditioning and weight loss all into one session.
From my experience, my clients tend to enjoy this approach as it allows them to achieve optimal results in the most realistic and ideal timeframes throughout their working week.
Sessions are often 1 hour long, however can be split into 30 min sessions upon request.
We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which allows plenty of time for you to put in the effort to get fit, with no excuses about not having enough time in the day...
It's the most common excuse out there, if you want to see results you need to make time to put in the work.
